Pacific Shores Center

The Pacific Shores Center is a forward-thinking 21st-century village for high-tech industry located in the heart of Silicon Valley. It exemplifies a harmonious balance between work and leisure. The center's goals are as expansive as its 107-acre site, half of which is dedicated to open pedestrian and recreational areas. Among the planned amenities are footpaths, bicycle paths, soccer and baseball fields, a marine life resource center, an aquatic club, a waterfront park, cafes, restaurants, a fitness center, and an amphitheater, all integrated with 1.5 million square feet of research and development office space.
