Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the Crossroads Technology Center Phase II consists of two high-tech office buildings totaling 255,310 square feet. Initially designed for one of the Bay Area's most demanding commercial development companies, these twin structures now serve as the U.S. headquarters for Philips Semiconductor.
As part of Philips' global corporate campus network, the buildings house technical and lab research facilities, a company cafeteria, social activity areas, cafes, and various business offices. They incorporate the latest construction technologies, featuring a glass curtain wall system, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panels, and energy-efficient glazing.
They are fully equipped with state-of-the-art communication technology, including fiber optic cables, coaxial communications systems, satellite communication systems, and miles of computer cabling. Additionally, the surrounding landscape enhances the campus-like atmosphere with dynamic pathways and gathering areas.
